These terms cover using this website: reading it, using the start questionnaire and the contact form, and the prices published on it.

Any project we take on is governed by its own written agreement or quote. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Prices on this site are starting prices, in euros, before VAT. They show where a kind of project begins, so you can judge fit before you write.

They are not an offer that becomes a contract when accepted. The price for your project is the one in the written quote we send you, after we understand what you need.

Sending the start questionnaire or the contact form does not create a contract or any obligation, for you or for us. It starts a conversation.

We read every message and aim to reply within one working day. What we do with the details you send is set out in the privacy policy.

What we build for you is yours: the code, the domain, the accounts and the data, from the first day. That is the principle we work on, and the project agreement sets out exactly how it applies to your project.

The text, design, illustrations, the KodeKind name and our seal on this site belong to KodeKind S.R.L.. You may link to and quote the site with attribution. You may not copy it as your own.

The projects shown on the work page belong to their owners and are shown with their knowledge.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, get into parts that aren't public, or send automated or misleading submissions.

We keep this site accurate and working, but it is provided as it is. Its content is general information about our work, not advice for your situation.

Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, it goes to the competent courts of Timișoara.

If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law gives you, including the right to go to the courts where you live, and you can use the alternative dispute resolution service of the Romanian consumer authority, ANPC: https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
