Packages have public prices: architecture review from €3,500, delivery check-up from €4,000, workflow design from €4,000, all + VAT. Part-time technical leadership starts at €5,000 a month.
Q.02Do you set up Jira too?
Yes. We design the workflow around how the business runs, configure it in Jira or the tools you already use, and train the team so it sticks. We also built Planning Poker, an estimation tool connected to Jira.
Q.03What do I get at the end?
It depends on the package: a written plan you can apply, or the workflows already configured and the team trained. If you want, we stay to implement it.
Q.04Do you work with teams outside Romania?
Yes. The studio is in Timișoara, and we work remotely, in English or Romanian, with teams across the EU.
